Parking
Parking is available on site. As spaces are limited, we encourage attendees to car share or walk to the venue where possible. Parking is also available on nearby residential streets only where it is safe and legal to do so. Please park considerately and be mindful of local residents.

Passmores Academy is an accessible venue with lifts available to access all floors where required.

The Farewell Event will take place at Passmores Academy located on Tracyes Rd, Harlow CM18 6JH on 19th & 20th September between 9am – 4pm.

We recommend booking your tickets online in advance, entry slots are available every 30 minutes throughout the day.
On the day tickets will also be available. -
Adult Ticket: £8.00
Child Ticket (17 years and under): £4.00
Family Ticket (2 adults and 2 children): £22.00
Children under 2 years old attend free of charge. -
You select a ticket for a 30 minute entry slot. Please arrive during the selected time. Once you are in the event, you are free to view the Lions at your leisure.

Most visitors spend around 1–2 hours exploring the lions and enjoying the stalls, although you're welcome to stay longer.

Dedicated SEND sessions are available at the start of each day for visitors with additional accessibility needs.

Yes! A refreshment stall will be available throughout the event, offering a selection of snacks and drinks.

Absolutely! Alongside our lion sculptures, there will be fundraising stalls, merchandise and other activities, with all proceeds going to St Clare Hospice.

Yes, the Farewell Event is designed to be enjoyed by visitors of all ages, making it a great family day out.

Dogs are not permitted at the Farewell Event.

Once you are inside the event you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like. Once you leave the area you will not be able to re admitted.
