Making the most
of every moment together

St Clare Hospice is a local charity and each year we care for hundreds of people across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire border. We provide free, compassionate care and support to adults who are living with a life-limiting illness, facing the end of life or experiencing bereavement.

We are

St Clare Hospice

St Clare Hospice is a charity providing specialist palliative care to improve the lives of people affected by a life-limiting illness in West Essex and the borders of East Hertfordshire.

Our care helps patients, their families, and carers, to make the most of every moment together, no matter how long they have left to live.

By hosting this trail across Harlow, Epping and Loughton, we are aiming to raise awareness of the hospice, break down barriers and bust myths about hospice care, and raise much-needed funds to support our charitable work.
