Silent Strength
Artist: Charlie Stafford
Adopted by: St Clare Hospice Bereavement Team
Silent Strength embodies St Clare Hospice’s values of compassion, integrity, and respect, The lion symbolises courage and protection. Butterflies reflect the beauty and fragility of life, while the robin represents loss and the quiet presence of loved ones. Together, they honour resilience, love, and the strength found in care and community.
“Silent Strength has been adopted by St Clare’s specialist bereavement team, who support people from diagnosis through to bereavement, offering a listening ear, gentle guidance and a space where people feel understood. They help people capture and hold happy memories, while walking alongside families, including children, as they navigate life without the person they love.”
